We don't host your enterprise. We install into it.
Your ideas, code, credentials, databases and AI models never visit us. They stay inside your walls, permanently. icōd is the platform at the centre — installed by our engineers, storing nothing. None at all.
keep watching the boundary. things try to leave. they never do.
Everything valuable stays in orbit, inside your walls, under your rules.Nothing crosses the line.
“Everything moves in with you. Nothing moves in with us.”
Our engineers set up the platform inside your company — servers, databases, even the AI models — then hand over the keys. From day one, everything created belongs to you.
Every other platform asks you to move in with it.
The usual arrangement sends your ideas, your data and your customers' records off to live in a vendor's cloud, then rents you access to them. icōd reverses the direction of travel: the platform comes to you, our engineers install it, and nothing of yours ever makes the trip back.

When a request does reach a public AI model, it goes out clean.
Storing nothing protects you from us. The icōd Data Masking shield protects you from the AI models. Names, passwords, budgets, project names — any sensitive value is detected and masked automatically before a request leaves your company.
run your own models and nothing leaves at all. the shield is for when you choose a public one.

Everything runs without us. That's the point. If we're doing our job, you stay by choice.

Operations
Ops teams typically start by describing the dashboard that's currently a weekly spreadsheet, or the tracker that's currently three spreadsheets and an email thread. A few starting points:

Any industry. Your technologies. The systems you already use.
Your existing infrastructure and access rules already govern everything icōd touches, so there is no system to swap and no industry it can't serve.
It plugs into what you already use
Reached where they live. Never copied, never moved, never replaced.
And beyond these — if it has a connection point, icōd can reach it.

Four stages, and then we hand you the keys.
Our engineers do the work. Your team's job is to say where things live and who's allowed in.
Scoping
We look at your infrastructure, your identity provider, and three requests currently stuck in your backlog — and say honestly which ones this fits.

Our engineers install the platform on your servers or in your cloud account, connect it to your directory, and wire up the systems you named.

Your administrators set the five controls, we walk them through each one, and then the keys are yours. There's nothing retained on our side to hand back.

Your source code, your generated applications, your databases, your credentials, and your prompts. All of it is created and kept inside your environment. We don't hold a copy — which means there is no copy of yours for us to lose, be subpoenaed for, or be breached out of.
Two options, and you choose per installation. Run models inside your own environment and nothing leaves at all. Or use a public model, in which case the Data Masking shield strips names, credentials, budgets and project names from the request before it crosses your boundary — and your administrators define what counts as sensitive.
No. It never teaches ours, and it never teaches a model provider's. Nothing is retained for training because nothing is retained at all.
You do, from day one. They're readable, inspectable source running on your servers. There's no export request to file, because nothing ever left.
The applications keep working. They're installed in your environment and they're your property. What stops is support, updates, and new platform features — not access to your own software. That asymmetry is deliberate: it means we have to keep earning the renewal.
The wording matters, so we use it carefully. The platform is built to be ready for GDPR and HIPAA — the controls, records and data handling those frameworks call for are in place, and because the audit records stay on your infrastructure they're available to your auditors under your own retention policy. Ask us for the current certification status in writing and you'll get a straight answer.
Your enterprise is one conversation away.
Bring three things you can't get built. Forty-five minutes with our engineers, your real backlog, and an honest answer on each one.
